Welcome to A Touch of Mercy, LLC, a beacon of compassion and excellence in service. Founded by Mildred Rivers in 1998, A Touch of Mercy embodies a legacy of dedication, service, and unwavering commitment to making a positive impact.

Mildred, a proud native of Grand Cane, Louisiana, initially ventured into entrepreneurship with A Touch of Mercy Transportation, serving the community with care and reliability. In 2012, she expanded her vision with A Touch of Mercy Behavioral Health Center, contributing to the well-being of individuals and families.

The culmination of her dreams occurred in 2020 with the establishment of A Touch of Mercy Learning Center, solidifying a foundation for educational growth and development. Mildred's 28-year journey as a special education teacher forms the heart of our commitment to providing quality care and education.

Community Fest is an annual event solely sponsored by ATOM held in Mansfield, Louisiana to offer resources for access to preventive healthcare services, engage citizens in care decisions, affordable medical, dental, and mental healthcare services; insurance (Medicare or Medicaid enrollment); translation and transportation services; or housing, food, and education.
